On 30 November 2022 they reported that the median value of housing in the ACT rose 38.3% from pre COVID levels to the peak in June 2022. They have recently reported that as of the end of February 2023 dwelling values had fallen 9% from the peak, indicating the current median price is still sitting over 29% above pre COVID levels.
