Landbanc is an agency offering a comprehensive range of property services. Our Principal, Dean Thurley (bio here), has 30 years industry wide experience and is responsible for the continual refinement and improvement of the company's services. We regard ourselves as experts in the marketing and sale of all types of residential real estate including houses, home units, townhouses, vacant land, and ‘off the plan’ sales of new projects. We also have expertise in niche areas such as ‘off market’ sales and amalgamated development sites.
The company is dedicated to a high level of performance in providing buyers and sellers with proven, refined and cost effective solutions to their residential property requirements.
We believe what sets us apart is our ability to provide solutions beyond the single dimension so common in the industry. Our boutique business model ensures our clients are kept from becoming a number with zero care factor - we really don't love anything about big banks, big insurance or big real estate for that matter. We are not suggesting you become part of the family, we know where the line is! But our raison d'etre is to achieve outstanding outcomes and leave our clients happy to have entrusted their business to us.
What we do
Essentially, we provide a fully packaged and integrated solution for the marketing and sale of your property. We rely on our thirty years of experience to ensure that all the elements which have maximised the outcome for our clients previously are brought together for increased effect and your benefit. We have an eye for detail and an expansive view of what it takes to achieve your desired outcome.
We look to convert our experience to practical and relevant action in the marketing process of every property we are appointed to sell, with the intention of creating outstanding results for those we represent in the transaction.
How we do it
We are concerned primarily with our client's desired outcome, firstly to understand clearly what that is and secondly to determine how best to apply our skill and experience to achieving that outcome. We strive to provide an enjoyable client experience through high levels of care and attention, clear communication, transparency and cost efficiency.
When Landbanc Residential is appointed as the agent only director level staff are tasked with all critical aspects of the promotional and sale process including preparation of signs, brochures and other collateral marketing material, conducting open homes, individual inspections and contact and negotiation with prospective buyers. By ensuring these items are handled directly by by the most highly qualified and experienced people and not delegated to administrative or cadet level staff, lost opportunities on behalf of our clients are minimised.
We are experts in residential property sales and marketing, an element of which is in positioning your property in the market so that the maximum amount of able buyers see your property at its best and consequently express interest. We avoid a 'cookie cutter' approach and seek to respect the individuality of our clients, their properties and the service they seek.
