Commencing in 1987 Dean spent the first 4 years training as an auctioneer whilst specialising in beachside house, apartment and penthouse sales in the highly competitive Surfers Paradise market. During this period he acquired valuable agency skills and extensive industry experience.
Subsequently he was recruited by Australia's largest residential real estate agency to assist in establishing and managing a project marketing business and later a specialised residential investment business. After a combined 9 years in these roles Dean transitioned to executive and consultant positions within property development industry where he directed the marketing and sale programs for major residential projects.
Late in 1999 Dean founded Landbanc, a company dedicated to providing a range of residential property services.
Directly undertaking site acquisition, amalgamation and residential development activities as developer has provided him with solid insight into and understanding of these processes, further adding to his industry experience.
After relocating to Canberra late in 2009 Dean held leadership positions with major real estate companies, delivered industry training and provided expert commentary to major national media.
His almost 35 years of experience in the marketing and sale of residential property has provided him with a keen understanding of the key elements required to get results and a deep well of experience upon which to draw in so doing.
