Having entered the industry in 1987, Dean spent his first 4 years training as an auctioneer whilst specialising in beachside house, apartment and penthouse sales in the highly competitive Surfers Paradise market providing a solid platform of agency skills and experience.
Recruited by one of Australia's largest global agencies to assist in establishing and running a project marketing business and later a specialised residential investment business, Dean spent 9 years in these roles.
Later as an executive and consultant within property development industry he directed the sales and marketing programs for major residential projects.
In 2000 Dean founded Landbanc, a company dedicated to providing a range of residential property services.
Directly undertaking site acquisition, amalgamation and residential development activities has provided him with solid insight into and understanding of these particular processes, further underpinning his industry experience.
After relocating to Canberra Dean has held leadership positions with major real estate companies, delivered industry training and provided expert commentary to major national media.
This 30 years of experience in the marketing and sale of residential property has provided a keen understanding of the key elements required to get results and a deep well of experience upon which to draw.
